Sleeeeeeeeeeeeep. My stomach was feeling weird after actually drinking for the first time tonight but I’m fine now. Hittin’ the hay… oh god, there’s so many things I’ve been meaning to talk/post about that I haven’t gotten the chance to… I’ll get to that soon. Night y’all.

So here I am, typing up some notes from my Audition Techniques class while listening to the music from Sonic Colors (since I never got to play the game) and holy cow… I knew of “Aquarium Park Act 1“‘s theme but I didn’t know that the rest of the score would be so great. O.O I mean, I shouldn’t be too surprised… Sonic games always have amazing scores, but hnnng. I’m just so mindblown by some of the stuff I’m listening to. Sweet Mountain, the first Boss Theme, ALL of Planet Wisp, god damn….

This is terrible. Last night I only went to sleep at 1 and woke up the next morning exhausted. I hated myself in the morning and told myself I’d be in bed tonight before 12…

It’s almost 1:30. God damnit. Ughhhhhhh. 

I’m gonna hate myself again tomorrow morning.

I adore everyone on my dashboard but at this given moment, if it has nothing to do with the new info on Pokemon XY, I may just skip over it.

Of course, there’s only so much info to go around, but can you blame me? I’m so fucking excited… even if I can’t afford a 3DS right now, aha…. Sob.

Unpopular Opinion

You know, as a musical theatre major, one would think that I’d be super into bursting into song and just busting out into crazy harmonies and riffs out of nowhere but I’m really not…

Like, I enjoy singing along to a good song on a long car ride every now and then but I really get annoyed when my friends throw in unnecessary harmonies to already good songs on the radio. Like, I think to myself, “Why do you have to go ahead and try to fix something that wasn’t broken?” And the thing is, I know they’re just doing it out of pure, innocent fun, but god damn. it drives me batshit crazy, especially when it’s a song I really like. 

Like, it’s gotten to the point where I’ll willing not introduce my friends to a song I like just because I know they’re gonna abuse the fuck out of it.

I finally got back to my apartment and my internet is derping on me. Sob.

On Tumblr through my phone… but its not the same Dx

For the first time, I actually tracked the jordex tag. I totally forgot that it was humanly possible for people to tag my username, haha. It was kinda fun looking back at all the messages/questions I’d throw at my friends and even some of my rp characters. 

I should probably check it more often… there’s a lot of posts that people had tagged for me that I was completely unaware of.

On another note, I’m rekindling my love for Riviera: The Promised Land. Seriously tempted to change up my blog’s theme and base it off Ein (Riviera’s protag)… also wish he could be my first cosplay character…

So I was looking for something to keep me entertained while I wait around for lectures and whatnot and stumbled onto this, Riviera The Promised Land. I usually read up a lot before buying a new game but instead decided to just check out a few youtube comments and some quick dot points about the game.

• Anime cutscenes
• Well received soundtrack
• “innovative”…Aha, most games claim this but apparently it does away with typical RPG annoyances - I’m intrigued
• Dating sim elements. 
• Multiple endings

Honestly, it was the dating sim part that got me. I just love an RPG with a bit of romance! It should arrive in 2 weeks, I’m pretty excited since I haven’t played a PSP game in a while now!

Next to Pokemon Sapphire Version and Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, this is my all-time favorite game for the Gameboy Advance.

Just recently downloaded the rom onto my phone and I’m playing it again after all these years!

Just redownloaded MapleStory… don’t know what to expect right now. It’s been a while since I’ve played and I’m only really redownloading it to help speed up my vacation ‘til school starts this coming week.

Don’t know if I should just go back to my old characters or start from scratch in a new world.

So freakin’ excited for the Tony Award Nominees for this year.

Mostly just crossing my fingers for Virginia Woolf, Pippin, and Matilda.

So now that I’m back in town and on vacation, I really wish I had brought my Wii back down.

And so I was thinking of what games I could’ve been playing had I brought it and I thought back to the Pokemon Colosseum days and then I realized something…

None of the music from Colosseum or Gale of Darkness made it to Brawl. NONE OF IT. This upsets me so much, I’m actually a huge fan of the orchestrations used in those two games, damnit.

And I’m probably the only one who feels this way. Sob.
